Many of us have become human doings rather than human beings. Join me on my Still Mind Program (TM) to explore the many breathing, mindfulness and sensory techniques which are designed to bring us fully back into the stillness and the now, at one with the breath, mind and body.
We will set aside our devices and take time out to explore the ancient yoga texts, Buddhist techniques and practice some of the work of John Kabatt-Zinn, approaching the idea of mindfulness with a ‘heartful’ and open spirit.
