Grainne has proven to be a great asset to our onsite Corporate Wellness programme. Our members found Grainne’s meditation classes to be of huge benefit in terms of their overall health and well-being.

Grainne has been a valuable partner in support of our ‘Well in Mind’ theme.  She has delivered meditative and mindfulness sessions in our  sites and they have been thoroughly engaging.  Staff feedback has been very positive and it is certainly a service that has added value to the operation of our Wellness Strategy.  Grainne is very personable and it was much appreciated that, on occasion, she was required to step-in on short notice to deliver a session.

I took my Grainne’s conscious movement class last night and can’t recommend it enough. Grainne has such a gorgeous, kind, inclusive voice and manner; none of the beginners felt incapable and her eagle eye made adjustments and tweaks according to attendees’ needs and issues. Highly recommend it.

I found Grainne’s Pilates classes brilliant for my overall flexibility and they give me a much needed energy boost.  She is a wonderfully patient teacher and the exercises she has given me for specific areas, such as middle back pain, are great.  Pilates is great for keeping blood pressure down, as my blood pressure is now “perfect”, according to the doctor, whereas a year ago I had slightly high blood pressure.

I recently started Pilates classes.  The classes are small and the Instructor (Grainne Toher) is excellent – very patient and willing to make helpful modifications to those of us who need them.  I love that there is a true focus on proper form to avoid injury.  I look forward to my weekly class and come out feeling relaxed.  Looking forward to a stronger core and encourage everyone to try it out.
